Carcass backs, drawer bottoms, panel inserts and packing frames all come off commercial plywood, and a workshop cutting to a pattern cannot absorb a sheet that is off-thickness or hollow at the core. Keto Ply presses full core and full panel hardwood veneers with no gaps, overlaps or hollow patches, bonds them to IS 303 MR grade and calibrates the thickness so laminate lays flat and screws hold in the edge. BWR grade bonding is supplied on request where the panel will meet water.
Glue adhesion, moisture content and bending strength checks are run on production batches against IS 303 before the consignment is dispatched.

Sanded to IS 303 tolerance, so laminate and veneer lay without telegraphing the core lines through the surface on wardrobe shutters and large panels.
Thar edge summers push past 45 degrees and pull moisture out of timber until joints open. Kiln and air seasoning into the IS 303 moisture band keeps panels stable through the heat, the dust and the cold nights.
The chemical treatment cycle carries the Keto Ply anti-termite and anti-fungus guarantee, which matters wherever untreated commercial ply is eaten from the inside before the furniture is a few seasons old.
Kiln plus air seasoning brings moisture content into the 5 to 15 percent band IS 303 requires, so shutters stay straight and doors keep their line after installation.
