Ahmedabad is hard on plywood in a way that is easy to underestimate. The city runs 45 degree dry heat for months, then takes a heavy monsoon, then dries out again, and every one of those swings works the glue line and the core. A board that was never seasoned properly shows it first as a wardrobe shutter that no longer closes. Moisture resistant plywood is bonded for that cycling, on a core seasoned into the IS 303 moisture band. Keto Ply supplies MR grade across the Keto Elite, Keto Supreme and Keto Signature ranges, all pressed from full panel hardwood veneers and treated against termite, borer and fungal attack. Where the panel will meet standing water rather than damp air, we supply Keto Marine BWP grade to IS 710 instead, and we will say so before you order.
Water resistance, mycological and moisture content checks are run on production batches against IS 303 before the consignment is dispatched.

Request a Sample BoardIS 303 puts MR grade through two cycles of three hours in 60 degree water and eight hours of drying before the glue line is tested. That is the condition a wardrobe back on a Mumbai external wall actually lives in, not a single soak.
No patch joints, overlaps or hollow pockets, so there is no void inside the board where moisture can sit and work its way along the glue line.
Kiln plus air seasoning brings moisture content into the 5 to 15 percent band IS 303 requires, and calibrated sanding holds thickness, so shutters do not swell out of line after fitting.
Monsoon weeks and kitchen humidity are enough to start fungal attack in an untreated board. The treatment cycle carries the Keto Ply anti-termite and anti-fungus guarantee.
MR grade is built for damp air, not standing water. For sink bases, bathroom vanities and anywhere the panel gets genuinely wet, we supply Keto Marine BWP grade to IS 710 and tell you so before the order goes out.
